U.S. Factory Service Schools
Introductory Service SchoolThe introductory school combines soda installation and service with blended ice.
Soda Systems: The introductory soda school is designed for a technician with very little or no beverage service experience. They will learn how to install and troubleshoot an average beverage system along with ice/beverage combination dispensers. This course will teach the technicians the primary beverage components, installation of Servend dispensers and Multiplex Soda Factory.
Blended ice: The introductory blended ice school is designed for a technician to become proficient on the Multiplex Blend in Cup (BIC) smoothie equipment. This class will also touch on the Multiplex FreshBender & Blend in Pitcher (BIM) equipment. The technician will learn to install, calibrate, maintain and service the BIC equipment. The technician will get an overall view of the FreshBlender & BIM equipment.
Advanced Service School
The advanced school combines advanced soda equipment servicing along with advanced blended ice equipment. The advanced school is reserved for technicians who have previously attended one of our introductory service schools within the past two years.
Soda Systems: The advanced soda school will teach the technician programming and servicing of current soda equipment including Servend, Multiplex and Multiplex towers.
Blended ice: The advanced blended ice school will touch on the recent updates to Multiplex Blend in Cup equipment along with servicing Multiplex FreshBlender & Blend in Pitcher equipment.
McDonald's Service School
The McDonald's school focuses on the McDonald's specific soda and blended ice equipment servicing. It is reserved for only McDonald's in house service technicians.

- Ice & Beverage FAS's can deduct $40.00
- Single Rooms are available for an extra $175.00
Tuition includes

- Lunch provided on Monday through Thursday for Introductory and Intermediate. Lunch on Tuesday and Thursday for Blended.
Important: Cancelation notice must be given at least two weeks prior to your first day of class, or tuition will not be refunded.
